Ballards Mill Developments is a Brighton based company with over 40 years experience in all aspects of the construction industry.

Our core business centers around purchasing land or properties that require planning for the addition of much needed new homes.

We specialize in high quality builds regardless of the size of the project. We are able to quality control due to our own in-house team, alongside our established sub-contractors, who we have worked with for many years.

As these projects can be time consuming with both planning & sales periods leaving a lot of time not building we also work in 3 other areas.

• Joint Ventures - these range from a fixed fee for obtaining planning & carrying out the build for a client, right up to a full partnership where we can also provide funding to assist with the build.

• Client Builds - We also take on client projects, this works well for both 1st time and established developers, who require a firm to carry out all aspects of the build process, leaving them free to look for new projects in the knowledge that they will have quality units to present to the housing market.

•  Smaller Projects - This can range from large landscaping projects through to a full house renovation.
